The struggels of 1943

Back in 1943 The Innovation Corporation was desperate for test subjects due to the massive amount of testing-related deaths across numerous facilities/sites. Consequently, Innovation in General had thereby lost the license and authority to legally purchase test subjects, leading to Innovation using homeless volunteers in exchange for food or other necessities. However, these volunteers did not meet general expectations and also started to lose trust in participating as "incidents" increased.
